Postage or collection only?

For small items under 2 kg is it worth offering postage? I have only ever done cash on collection.
Definitely offer postage, it doubles the number of people who can buy. Royal Mail or Evri tracked, and add the cost to the price so it looks free.
I do both. Collection for anything bigger than a shoebox, posted for the rest.
